Volunteering with the PTO

We have a special school year full of events planned, but we need your help! The PTO needs the support of our Eagle Bluff families in order to make all of these events happen.

Below are a few ways that you can participate this year:

1. Attend monthly PTO meetings

   These meetings are a valuable time to build community and give input as we plan our events.

2. Volunteer as a Committee Co-Chair

   This year, we are trying to spread the workload so that our calendar of events is sustainable for all families involved. Please consider signing up as a co-chair for an event. All former event chairs still have students at Eagle Bluff and they are available as resources. The executive board will be sure to support co-chairs to ensure their success.

3. Volunteer on Sign Up for various events

   Check out our website and emails for details about signing up to help out for each event. We often need people to donate supplies and/or time. Volunteering time slots vary whether they are during the school day or evening events. We encourage grandparent volunteers, too!
